It is amazing what nature is able to offer us when it comes to cancer prevention and cancer treatment. Unfortunately we are faced with the truth that when it comes to natural cancer discoveries, the conventional prominent mainstream organizations from all over the world have a tendency of having their study results say different. What is sad is that it hurts the people who need it most, and in this case, what they don't know does hurt them.
In a survey from the Union of Concerned Scientists which was sent to nearly 6,000 FDA scientists, the results were a bit shocking. Only about 1,000 responded and almost 20 percent admitted that the FDA 'movers and shakers' wanted them to provide inaccurate, incomplete information to mislead the public, regulated industry, the media, and throw in the elected government officials. Less than half agreed that the FDA provides complete, accurate information to the public on a routine basis. And nearly half made the admission of being aware where commercial interests influenced the FDA to modify, reverse or withdraw their determinations or actions, and all of this basically comes down to greed.
My purpose in sharing this is not to bash the FDA, I leave that conclusion to you, but they do need to be held accountable. I would like to think that the spirit in forming the FDA was to structure guidelines that meet criteria to ensure quality for both you and I. Once compromises are made, it just gets easier the next time. A natural substance and therapy can't be patented, which means treatments that can't be patented can't make much money for the drug companies and the FDA, which gets a huge piece of the pie every time they give their approval.
So what happens? When a natural substance shows promise against cancer, the drug companies invest in trying to develop a synthetic version of the substance so it can be patented. Well, this doesn't work out to often, but letting the public know that there's an inexpensive, natural cure means no cash. This puts the powers-that-be into the compromising position of somehow swaying the public away from the natural cure and keeping the public looking unto them as the only hope. Thing is, cancer is huge money maker so at this point, it has gone way past a conflict of interest.
Along the way of misleading data, manipulated results with half truths, things have gone terribly wrong. Just take a moment to think about the numerous conclusions we have heard from the mainstream concerning natural remedies, their findings seem vague, inconclusive results to substantiate various claims.
There are quite a number of professionals who have not let the almighty dollar cloud their vision of saving lives and are at least open to stepping outside mainstream box and do some research. Mainstream doctor's cannot play both sides, treating patients with a natural protocol gets them ostracized from their conventional colleagues. Those who have cancer also suffer because insurance companies will not acknowledge anything but the conventional medicine method which leaves those on a fixed income, without sufficient funds, unable to pursue a protocol for a natural remedy which does not involve chemo and radiation.
Thankfully, there are still natural products available, it's just that a lot of people have been conditioned otherwise.
