Cancer Free Life Through Healthy Lymphatic System

By Rita Goldman

If we don't have a healthy lymphatic system, the risk of cancer development increases significantly. One of the ways to prevent cancer is through improving our lymphatic systems performance. We can do this by incorporating a healthy diet as well as ample exercise regimen that helps improve the circulation of our lymphatic system.

The normal circulation of the lymph fluid containing the white blood cells follow the upward motion which is in contrast to the earths pull of gravity. If we don't have a healthy circulation of the lymphatic system, chances are gravity will have a stronger pull on the lymph fluid. When this happens, there wont be enough supply of white blood cells all over your body, making you more vulnerable to diseases, including cancer. This kind of problem also diminishes the natural process of filtration by your spleen and liver because there is no ample supply of lymph fluids to be filtered.

A healthy intake of natural foods helps promote healthy bodily systems which also include lymphatic system. We should avoid foods that can cause blockage in the small lymph tubes where the clear lymph fluid passes through. This kind of impurity is quite similar to the cholesterol blockage in our blood vessels which is caused by eating foods high in fat. If you wanted to be cancer free, start taking care of your lymphatic system.

There are some forms of exercises you can do as well to promote healthy circulation of the lymphatic system. One of them is by incorporating inverted yoga poses. These inverted poses bring about faster circulation of the lymph fluid carrying the healthy antibodies that combats viruses, bacteria, and even cancer cells.

Another kind of fun exercise you can do is by jumping up and down on a trampoline. This exercise opposes the pull of gravity thus promoting a significant increase in the lymphatic systems circulation.
